Food Microbiology Symposium

One of the world's leading experts on E. coli will keynote the Food Microbiology Symposium Oct. 15-17 at St. Cloud State.

David Acheson, a physician and former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) associate commissioner for foods, will address new trends in food safety. He is a partner at a health care and food safety consultancy.

The Food Microbiology Symposium targets food-focused technologists, quality assurance professionals, laboratory professionals, microbiologists, chemists and safety consultants.
