A. To make reservation requests for rooms, kiosk, tables, mall or poster space, use our web page for reservations. You are also welcome to fill out request forms in person when our office is open. This option is recommended for a multiple-day event or events with complicated set-ups.
A. Atwood now has the option for you to complete a weekly reservation request on-line.
As always, you are also welcome to fill out a weekly reservation request form in person when our office is open.
A. Leave a voice mail/message (only if you do not have internet access or if it is needed immediately) We prefer that you submit your request on-line though so we have all the information and then just follow up with a phone call so we know to pull that reservation request.
If reserving a room by phone, the following information must include: 1) Your name and phone number; 2) Organization/Department name; 3) Date and time needed; 4) Number attending; and 5) Set-up and/or equipment needed.
A. Use our facility schedule to check availability. The following building reservations are able to be viewed on-line: Atwood and Ritsche Auditorium. Only the reservations that have been processed will be listed on this web page.
A. Use our web site to veiw each individual room to see what the room capacity requirements are.
A. You will receive a reservation confirmation form via e-mail. You can also check our facility schedule on line.
Do not send out any information about your event until you receive a confirmation. Turn-around times vary depending on the time of year (the first few weeks at the beginning of each semester is always the busiest time of year), the complexity of the reservation, and whether or not there are conflicts or additional information required in order to complete the reservation. We process reservations on a first come, first served basis.
A. If you still have your original reservation confirmation via e-mail, just respond from that e-mail that you would like to cancel it. If you did not keep your original confirmation, e-mail schedcoord@stcloudstate.edu with the date, time and room that it was for.
A. See our list of reservable A/V Tech equipment. Please call 320-308-2075 for additional information.
A. Check out the rooms details.
A. No, however, if a student tech is required or requested for your event there will be an hourly charge for the tech services ($10.00/hour with a minimum of $20.00). All off-campus groups are charged at a higher rate.
A. In accordance with the contract signed between St. Cloud State University and Sodexo, there will be NO food or beverage in Atwood Memorial Center in reserve-able spaces, unless purchased through or prepared by Sodexo. Please call 308-4295 for your catering requests.
A. Please print out a room diagram and submit at least two weeks before your event to the Atwood #110 office. You should also make an appointment with the scheduling and conferencing office on more complicated set-ups. Diagrams are available on the Atwood Maps page.
