Free Activities for SCSU Students (Student ID Required)
The Department of Sports Facilities & Campus Recreation offers free activities for St. Cloud State University students (Student ID Required). We encourage you to come in and check us out.
Halenbeck Hall is the University's main gymnasium and it is home to the SCSU men's and women's basketball teams, the volleyball team, the wrestling team, Intramural Sports, Minnesota State High School Basketball Playoffs, concerts, graduations, and other special events.
Pool (During open swim hours)
Monday-Thursday 7:30pm-9pm | Saturday 12pm-2pm | Sunday 1:30pm-3:30pm and 6:30pm-8:30pm
Special Dates: No open swim September 3-5, October 1, 8, 12-15, and November 23-26

The SCSU Climbing Wall opened on January 20, 2005 in the new Student Recreation Center. The wall has over 2100 square feet of climbing surface is a combination of integrated granite replica panels which includes an overhang, negative pitch, corner climbs and a series of crack elements.
Standing 72 feet high this complex offers a walking / running track and batting cages. This facility is the second-largest freestanding dome in a five-state area.

Note: For reservations of any sport facilities, you must fill out a Facility Request Form. For reservations of racquetball courts call (320)308-3325. Courts can only be reserved for 1 hour per group for singles and doubles activities and up to 2 days in advance. All other facilities must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
