Are you feeling lost or confused about choosing a major or career? There are many ways to get help!
Schedule an appointment with a career counselor. Appointments with a career counselor are best if you have in-depth questions or are really struggling with your major or career choice (1 hour appointment).
Visit with a Peer Career Advisor (PCA). PCA's can help you if you have more general questions or are just getting started with your major or career exploration (30 minutes). They can also assist you with resumes, cover letters and interviewing skills.
Stop in during our drop in hours! Visit with a member of our team Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm during the academic year. These are 15 minute appointments and are on a first come, first serve, basis.
Take COLL 111, Career and Life Planning. This is a 2 credit course that guides you through self-assessment, career research, decision-making, and career preparation. For current offering and sample course syllabi, please visit the COLL 111 page on our site.
