(Associate and Bachelor's Degrees)
Students are encouraged to apply
for graduation 2 semesters prior to the term you expect to be completed with
all degree requirements. Please download the Undergraduate (Associate and Bachelor's degrees) Graduation Application (2 page pdf). You may also request Graduation application forms by contacting the Office of Records and Registration, AS-118, St. Cloud State University, 720 4th Avenue South, St. Cloud, MN 56301-4498.
There is a $25 non-refundable processing fee payable when submitting your
graduation application. An evaluation pertaining to completion of your academic
requirements will be sent to your HuskyNet email account approximately 8-10 weeks after you apply.
Any discrepancies must be resolved before you can officially graduate from
SCSU. Your advisor can assist you with resolving discrepancies.
(Master's, Doctoral and Specialist Degrees)
The graduation application (1 page pdf) must be completed during the first four weeks of the semester and submitted to the Office of Records and Registration with the $25.00 application fee for master-level students and $35 for doctoral students. Failure to submit the application by the deadline will result in a delay in reviewing and processing your graduation.
Note for Graduate Students: The application for graduation is valid for one term only (Fall, Spring, Summer). If you do not graduate during the application term you must reapply. No additional application fee will be required. Students should be aware however, beginning Fall 2012 all students must be registered in the term in which they intend to graduate. Duplicate diplomas may be requested by downloading the Duplicate
Diploma Request form (PDF: 8K / 1 page) and sending the request to
the Office of Records and Registration, 720 4th Avenue South, St. Cloud,
MN 56301-4498. There is a $10 charge for a duplicate diploma.
