Living on campus is a great value. It’s easy to budget when you know exactly what your expenses will be. In the halls there are no hookup charges for phone or cable TV. There are no deposits or hidden costs. Meals are included, as well as some extra money on your ID card for late night snacks! Our residence hall costs are well below the national average, making them very affordable for students. The full academic year costs for room and board are approximately $6994. This includes everything (food, utilities, local phone, cable TV, ResLife Cinema movie channel, on-line computer access, etc.). Lawrence Hall residents are assessed a minimal fee for the additional amenities (air conditioning, in-room sinks, adjustable modular furniture).
The exact cost will vary according to the meal plan that you choose. The rates for the academic year are listed below:
- Summer 2013 Information
- Proposed 2013-14 Room and Dining Rates
(Stateview, North Shoemaker, Case/Hill, Coborn Plaza Apts and Lawrence costs differ)
- Campus Dining
- Residence Hall Application and Agreement (Sample to read and view only)
Students should apply on-line on our home page or request an official application and agreement from our office. This sample and read only version is the most up to date and accurate application and agreement that we use.
It is important to note that the university does not send out bills for tuition or room and board. It is the student’s responsibility to check their account online and to be aware of all payment deadlines. Access your bill.
