Students can sign up for a free consultation with the program's Attorney, who will provide information and guidance to help you understand and address your situation. Topics included for legal advice offered include: housing issues, criminal offenses, immigration, veteran's issues, domestic issues, employment law, and other topics. Promoting a Caring Community (PACC) is a grant-funded program that seeks to promote compassion and prevent suicide on our campus. Through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a three-year grant was awarded to strengthen commitment to the safety and wellbeing of St. Cloud State University students.
