We the students of St. Cloud State University organize under this Constitution to identify, promote and defend our rights as students. We uphold this Constitution to provide for a meaningful method of student participation as citizens of the St. Cloud State University community and to promote the students’ interests and needs to student organizations. Furthermore, we the students of St. Cloud State University recognize this Constitution to be the document defining our rights as students at the University and governing the Student Association.
The bylaws are essentially the operating documents for student government that define how the organization functions and ensures success. Within the bylaws, you will definitions, purposes, and rights & responsibilities for committees, members, and the senate.
