- Parking: besides the parking lot and the parking ramp at Kelly Inn, which are free for the attendees of the Winter Institute, there are two public parking ramps in walking distances:
- One is located at the corner near Radisson Hotel and opposite the Civil Center (labeled CC in the map).
- One is located across the street of the Metro Transportation Center (labeled MTC) at the intersection of 1st Street S and 6th Avenue S.
