St. Cloud State University and the surrounding community honored the life, legacy and vision of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. during the annual MLK Community Celebration in January. The 12th annual community event had the theme of “Our Beloved Community: Our Work is Not Done Yet.”
Artistic family pastime turns vehicle to inspire the community
Art in some form or another has always been central in the life of SCSU alumna Mary Bruno '97. When her dad built a letterpress studio onto their family’s one-car garage, she could usually be found in that same studio, and would one day make it her own with Bruno Press.
