Talisha Barlow ’11 ’16

Talisha Barlow is a special agent with the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, where she is assigned to the Predatory Crimes Unit and her role is to investigate internet crimes against children and sex trafficking. She is also assigned to the U.S. Marshals Task Force, where she investigates cases that involve registered predatory offenders who have absconded.
Previously, Barlow served as a police officer for St. Cloud, and was recognized as the first African American female to serve the department. In January 2017, she received the Justice and Equity Award from the Minnesota Women’s Consortium.
In 2018 she became a motivational speaker and completes approximately 50 speaking engagements a year.
