Classified (Temporary)
- Request to Hire Form is submitted for approval by supervisor, Dean, and VP
- Upon approval HR will seek candidates for the department to interview
- Upon Department interview and selection; department will consult with HR in regard to salary; a start date will be established. Include an interview question that asks if candidate will be eligible to work in USA. If an applicant is not a US citizen or U.S. permanent resident, include Human Resources in the interview schedule (15 minutes). Call 308-3203 to arrange.
- Temporary employee will report to HR on the first day of work to complete new hire paperwork and orientation.
