St. Cloud State University is the place to pursue an affordable, global, graduate education.
- Graduate tuition rates vary by program of study, Minnesota residency status, reciprocity eligibility, course delivery method, department, or other factors.
- Student fees are charged per credit.
- Online students living outside of Minnesota may request a partial refund of student fees.
- Health insurance is required for all F-1 and J-1 students and scholars at St. Cloud State University.
Reciprocal tuition agreements apply for students from Wisconsin and Manitoba.
- Wisconsin Residents – Visit the Wisconsin Higher Education Board website or call (608) 267-2206 for forms and instructions.
- Manitoba Residents - Reciprocal tuition will automatically update tuition and fees each term.
Reciprocal tuition is not available for students completing individually-priced programs (MBA, Engineering Management, Med Tech, Educational Administration & Leadership Online MS, Applied Behavior Analysis, or doctoral programs).
