MEM at St. Cloud State
The MEM program offered through St. Cloud State at Plymouth prepares graduates for managerial roles. The course content is suitable to all engineering disciplines as well as those from business, science, technology, and mathematics disciplines. You will learn from faculty who actively work with local companies and provide students an opportunity to work on industry projects as part of their course work.
With your schedule in mind, the program is designed for full-time students to complete the coursework in 12 months as well as part time and on-line students to complete the program in 18-24 months. Choose how you learn with online and in-person classes available.
For engineers wanting to pursue technical leadership roles, MEM is a great affordable STEM alternative to an MBA degree. The MEM program offers international students two additional years of STEM OPT in addition to one year of OPT.

The Master of Engineering Management program at St. Cloud State is 1 of 10 master's programs in Engineering Management in the United States certified by the American Society for Engineering Management.
Graduates of the program are eligible to obtain the American Society of Engineering Management's certified professional in engineering management certification (CPEM) upon graduation without having to sit for a separate examination.
