Counseling & Psychological Services
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers confidential personal counseling and consultation to promote personal development and psychological well-being. Our services assist students in defining and meeting personal, academic and career objectives. Counseling can help you cope more effectively with a variety of concerns, including adjustment to college, family and relationship concerns, academic and career questions, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Husky Physical Activity and Wellness (PAW)
An interdisciplinary space offering an experiential learning opportunity for Kinesiology students (Clinical Exercise Physiology and Exercise Science) to apply the skills they learn in the classroom to help other students achieve their goals related to fitness and wellness. This space offers individualized exercise prescriptions to utilize exercise as medicine for a variety of health conditions. They work in collaboration with St. Cloud Orthopedics for their Physical Therapy services.
Training Clinic
The College of Health and Wellness Professions practicum training clinic provides extensive clinical training, with an emphasis in health and wellness for students and community members.
CHOPR
The Center for Health Outcome Policy Research is a collaboration between St. Cloud State University and CentraCare Health to work together to develop practical solutions to health challenges in Central Minnesota.
