You are one of the 34 percent of St. Cloud State undergraduate students who have transferred to St. Cloud State and are on track for an amazing adventure.
To help in your transfer process for your academics, please plan to bring all detailed course descriptions and syllabi from your past courses. Make sure that this information includes all textbooks with the title, edition, and name of the author as well as examples of your coursework, tests, exams and projects.
After arrival at St. Cloud State, you will meet with a professor in your intended major area of study who will determine how your courses will transfer into your degree at St. Cloud State and which ones will count directly towards your major area of study. They will also report the equivalency recommendation to the Office of Records & Registration so the information can be included on your degree audit report so you can get started on graduation!
Credits in transfer that are not part of the liberal education program or part of the major program of study will display as elective credits on the degree audit. These credits will count towards the overall number of credits needed to earn a bachelor’s degree.
