Users/Requests
Those without RealEyes accounts and wanting to post information using digital signage should submit a request via the University Communications Digital Signage Request.
Users that have a RealEyes account can login at https://www.realeyesdisplays.com/wordpress/client-login/ with their assigned ID and password and create slides using the RealEyes software. After creating the slide, they must use the University Communications Digital Signage Request to begin a workflow for getting the slide reviewed and posted to the screens. For RealEyes software training, contact digitalsignage@stcloudstate.edu.
Make posting requests at least one week in advance. Please plan accordingly. Direct questions to digitalsignage@stcloudstate.edu.

Production Support
Graphic design/multimedia
Designers work with faculty and staff to create graphics for courses, publications, presentations and poster sessions along with developing electronic presentations and PowerPoint.
For assistance, contact web@stcloudstate.edu.
Video/audio captioning
Captioning of video/audio materials is necessary to make content accessible to all students, including those with disabilities. Captions are text displayed on the screen to represent what is being said, as well as important sound cues.
To see if your video already has a captioned version available contact askalibrarian@stcloudstate.edu.
If a captioned version is not available:
- For instructional audio/video materials, captioning support is available. Submit a request for captioning. Requests submitted will be reviewed and prioritized as they come in based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, a need for accommodations, video type, course type, timeline needed, etc.
-
Kaltura MediaSpace has machine captioning available as well (See MediaSpace section above). If using machine captioning, please ensure the automated captions are edited and reviewed for accuracy.
