Our Focus
Create an antiracist campus through experiential workshops and supporting employees to transform the university’s structures to easily integrate antiracist and equitable practices into campus policy, experiences, and outcomes.

Connection and Collaboration with the Central Minnesota community to discover diverse stories that celebrate difference and promote equity. We also facilitate interdepartmental connections. We aim to increase antiracist student engagement with the campus and the wider community and region.
Embed antiracism through structural competence in university initiatives such as Our Commitment to Land, Our Husky Husky Compact, Equity 2030, and Equity by Design, ARPAC, Antiracism Institute for Teaching and Learning (ARI), and the Office of Equity and Access.
