St. Cloud State University Assistive Technology Lending Library
The St. Cloud State University Assistive Technology Lending Library (SCSU ATLL) at the SCSU Communication and Sciences Department provides demonstrations and short-term or open-ended loans of accessible technology to students, parents, faculty, and individuals with disabilities across Minnesota. We are a partner with the Minnesota Assistive Technology for All (MNAT4ALL) program through the Minnesota System of Technology to Achieve Results (MNSTAR) department.
Try Before You Buy!
SCSU ATLL supports Minnesota residents with disabilities who want more information or to try an assistive technology device before buying. We provide education, resources, and hands-on interactions with assistive technology, aiming to make the world more inclusive by addressing and eliminating barriers that exist in the classroom, work environment, or everyday life.
Library Offerings
The SCSU ATLL offers demonstrations in person or via Zoom for individuals, classrooms, faculty members, and community members. Schedule a demonstration to learn more about our assistive technology program, which may improve people’s education, employment, or activities of daily living. Assistive Technology is available in the following areas:
- Computers and related peripherals
- Daily living
- Environmental controls
- Hearing
- Learning, cognition, development
- Speech communication
- Vision
