Library Media Specialist (Graduate Certificate)

Designed for students pursuing Minnesota licensure as a library media specialist but not seeking a master's degree, in this program you will earn an academic credential recognizing the completion of a defined body of coursework.
All the courses may be applied toward the Master of Science: Library Media degree.

- Courses are offered online via Zoom in the evenings during the school year and online via Zoom during the day in the summertime

- Largest library media licensure program in Minnesota
- The Department of Teacher Development offers three active graduate certificates: Technology Integration, Library Media Specialist and Reading Teacher K-12. (We are not taking applications at this time for: Instructional Technology, Instructional Design nor Design for E-Learning)
- All certificate courses may be applied to the Library Media master's program
