Liberal Education Program 
Students following the Liberal Education program must complete all ten goal areas as designated and achieve a total of at least 40 credits. Use the link provided to locate a list of current Liberal Education courses.

MGMT 497 Permission Form 
MGMT 497 is a capstone course for all business majors and is to be taken in a student’s final semester. To apply, please complete the online form linked above. If you have any questions, please email busadvising@stcloudstate.edu.

Undergraduate Academic Exception Request Form
Use this form to request adjustments (with institutional approval) to your Degree Audit Report (DARS)/curriculum requirements specific to course substitutions, LEP/Goal Area, Diversity, Racial Issues Graduation Requirement (RIGR), and other requirements. Note: Institutional approval required.

Undergraduate Change/Major/Minor/Certificate Form
Use this form to update any undergraduate major, minor, or certificate you are pursuing. It is strongly advised to speak with your advisor to see how changing or adding a major/minor/certificate may impact your graduation plans.

Registration/Email Activation Instruction Guide (pdf)
