Welcome to SCSU!

Welcome to the Intensive English Center and St. Cloud State University. As a new student, you are required to participate in orientation. On-campus orientation will be provided to students joining us in the United States. Students will also complete the IEC program orientation online via D2L. New F-1/J-1 international students must also complete international student orientation. Check your e-mail for more information about orientation, tuition, placement testing, and IEC course registration.

International Students (F-1/J-1 visa), bring on your first day:

  • signed I-20, passport/visa
  • contact information
  • immunization information
  • tuition and international student health insurance
  • $150 orientation fee

IEC Tuition & Health Insurance Fees Due: Tuition & health insurance are due before classes begin. Payment plans are available with a $300 deposit towards IEC tuition. The rest of the tuition & student fees can be paid using the SCSU basic payment plan. Insurance is not eligible for a payment plan and must be paid in full before classes begin.
