2025 Sports Communication Career Conference
St. Cloud State University kicks off the 2025 Sports Communication Career Conference on March 19, 2025.
This event is a prime opportunity for aspiring high school students and first-year college students to hit the field and learn from the MVPs in advertising, broadcast journalism, public relations, and more.
The conference will be a full-day playbook, running from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We’re bringing in the big guns with a keynote address from SCSU alumnus Matt Gangl, the director at FOX Sports who has called the shots for MLB’s World Series broadcasts for more than 20 years. This is a chance to receive insights from a top player in the industry!

Parking
St. Cloud State University has a number of visitor lots as well as a parking ramp. All guest parking is $1.50 per hour ($0.75 per half-hour). Free parking in nearby neighborhoods is also available.
