Dr. Odessa Luna, BCBA-D, has worked and conducted research in a variety of settings including public schools, a university clinic, foster homes, in-patient psychiatric hospital, and juvenile residential treatment facility. As a result of her diverse training and experiences, her clinical and research interests surround evaluating staff, teacher, and parent training strategies; examining evidence-based, behavior-analytic supervision; and using culturally responsive and anti-racist teaching practices in higher education. Luna is also quite active in the local and regional communities of behavior analysts, serving on both ARF and MNABA boards.

Dr. Luckey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and a Licensed Psychologist (LP). Dr. Luckey is an Adjunct Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis at St. Cloud State University. Dr. Luckey has worked in various behavior-analytic roles for the past 25 years. She began training at the UCLA Lovaas program and continued here in MN under Dr. Eric Larsson. Dr. Luckey has held various positions, from being a direct 1:1 behavior therapist to clinical director, psychologist, and peer reviewer. Research interests include unique and innovative ABA interventions that help contribute to progress and the history of autism services. Dr. Luckey's favorite parts of her role are helping families access services, seeing progress in clients, and training future BCBAs.

Dr. Michele Traub is a doctoral-level board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA-D) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA), as well as a Certified MammaCare Specialist. She is also an Associate Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis at St. Cloud State University. Current research interests include behavioral medicine, behavior-analytic pedagogy, school consultation, functional analysis and treatment of challenging behavior, behavioral assessment, and cultural sensitivity in behavior-analytic services. Traub enjoys mentoring driven students who are passionate about behavior analysis. Traub received her Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from the University of Florida under the mentorship of Dr. Timothy Vollmer.

Dr. Stephen Walker is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and an Associate Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis at St. Cloud State University. He is the past President of the Illinois Association of Behavior Analysis (ILABA) and the Mid-American Association for Behavior Analysis (MABA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Northland Association for Behavior Analysis and Turning Pointe Autism Foundation. Walker's clinical work and research focuses on individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and emotional behavior disorders across various settings. Walker completed his Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis/Psychology at the University of Florida under the supervision of Dr. Timothy Vollmer.
