Out of State/Online Student Complaint Process

Out of state or online students should first attempt to seek resolution with the faculty, department, or university, following established SCSU student complaint policies and procedures. If a resolution is not reached, the student may follow the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements NC-SARA procedure for filing a student complaint.
