Print the room diagram and specify your preferred room setup, or create your diagram using Microsoft Publisher. Please submit it at least two weeks before your event to the Conference and Scheduling Office (Room #134) in Atwood.

Room Rental Rates

Half-day rate: $75
Full-day rate: $150
4-hour minimum rental
Qualified non-profits receive a discount on room rental rates
