Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week
St. Cloud State participates in an annual program every November where people come together across the country to draw attention to the problems of hunger and homelessness. Participating groups spend the week holding a series of educational, service, fundraising, and advocacy events.

Dr. Potter Bigs on Campus Program
Bigs on Campus is a program through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Minnesota, where local middle/high school students are bussed to the St. Cloud State campus and paired with a mentor. The program provides youth with a professional, non-family member, to confide in, serve as a role model, and help the Littles to believe that higher education can be a real possibility for them.
Who can be a mentor?
- Current Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate students
- Staff and Faculty
