- Assistance accessing basic needs resources and the student emergency fund
- Support while experiencing a crisis or emergency situation
- Questions about their non-academic misconduct record
- Resolving a potential violation of the Student Code of Community Standards
- Concerns about their well-being as shared by faculty, staff, friends, and families through the Husky Assistance and Care Team
