Career Fair
Each year the College of Science and Engineering holds a career fair for students in its Medtech master degree programs. More than two-thirds of the medical device employers in Minnesota participate in the event.

Independent Courses
If you would like to take individual courses without pursuing a degree, you can register as a Special Student.
To be eligible to take independent courses you must:
- Have an undergraduate degree (in one of the recommended areas is preferred)
- Have at least 3-5 years of post-undergraduate work experience
- Obtain the program director's approval in advance
Once you have registered as a Special Student, activate your StarID which gives you access to university services.
