Air Quality
St. Cloud State holds an Air Emission Permit issued by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. The purpose of the permit is to identify all federal and state air quality rules that apply to the campus. The permit also contains air pollution limits for each significant emission source, defines allowable hourly and annual throughputs, and consolidates monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
St. Cloud State holds a Registration/Option D Operating Permit. This air emission permit includes standard reporting and recordkeeping requirements and permit amendments for the installation/modification of new equipment and processes.
