This Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan will minimize, to the maximum extent practical, the possible negative impacts of the campus on the watersheds and ultimate Mississippi River ecosystem. In compliance with the prohibition of the Clean water Act, as amended, (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.: herein, the “ACT”), 40 CFR 122, 123, and 124, as amended, et seq.; Minnesota Statutes Chapters 115 and 116, as amended and Minnesota Rules Chapter 7001.
Any/all students or employees who observe any type of illicit discharge to the storm sewer on any campus property need to report it to the Safety/Environmental Administrator at (320) 308-2145 or the Building and Grounds Supervisor at (320) 293-6840 for follow-up.
