Technology
Our rooms are equipped with the latest presentation technology with fast, simple set-up and support available.
- Free Wi-Fi access in the entire facility; SCSU Public and Huskeynet secure Wi-Fi
- Presentation technology station including projection system/screen, document camera, built-in computer PC/with monitor, keyboard, and right-handed mouse, laptop HDMI, Apple adaptor connection, full room audio (microphone, speakers), internet, web conferencing with presenter and participant view cameras and in-floor charging. In-house (synchronous) or online (asynchronous) audio-visual for hybrid events

Parking Options
Short-term guests, conference or meeting guests, and event planners:
We provide FREE and ACCESSIBLE parking around the building in the open lot. If your planned event will produce overflow parking needs, please discuss this at your booking.
Special Events
Job fairs, open houses, meetings, small conferences or expos, and workshops are examples of special events that may be scheduled at St. Cloud State at Plymouth. Special events are allowed and encouraged on a space-available basis. These events must be scheduled with the St. Cloud State at Plymouth in advance and are not to interfere with academic classes.
When classes are in session, special events must be held in one room. Availability for special events is greater during daytime hours.
Catering
Setup Fee
- $10 for catered events (includes table setup, linens, clean-up, and waste removal)
Lobby and Breakout Room Fee
- Free and included with your rental as available with no formal programming or disruption to other spaces in use

- 25 - 8 oz. cup coffee craft, sugars, creamer, stir sticks

- $1.50 each beverage can be tailored to your needs, from juices, flavored waters, and sodas

Additional fees:
- $100 cancellation fee if canceled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled rental
- $30 per session technology/set-up fee when technology assistance is requested for video conferencing

Rates are subject to 7.375% sales tax. Fees and policies are reviewed and subject to change each fiscal year (July 1-June 30). Bookings require a 3-4 hour minimum with some exceptions.
Discounts
- 10 percent discount when eight or more rentals are requested by an organization with multiple dates and singular billing/payment
- 10 percent off your first rental for Minneapolis Regional Chamber members
- 50 percent off AAA members' first rental and 10% thereafter; visit the offer!
