St. Cloud State University Associate Reservation Requests
All requests by on-campus individuals or groups should be made through the Event Management System (EMS). Log in with your StarID and Password, choose Reservations and select St. Cloud State at Plymouth (Twin Cities).
FACULTY, STUDENT, STAFF RESERVATIONS
Our location in the Twin Cities offers a variety of meeting and event spaces for instructional trainings, focus groups, conferences, social gatherings, and events. This includes five classrooms, three breakout rooms, a conference room, office space, casual areas, and two kitchenettes.
- Free parking.
- Bright rooms with natural light from. surrounding windows.
- Set up specific to your needs.
- Knowledgeable staff to assist.
- Building hours rates may vary and efforts will be made to accommodate requests outside of standard hours of operation (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Saturday).
- Classrooms and conference room audio are visually equipped: projection system/screen, document camera, computer, phone, class or presenter view cameras, HDMI/adaptor connection for laptop, built-in microphone/speakers, wireless internet - SCSU_Public and HuskeyNet Secure (SCSU Associates), in floor charging, and ITV facility security cameras.
- Also available are flipcharts, easels, laser clicker/pointer, and whiteboard.
- All bookings require a 3-4 hour minimum.
- Prices are subject to sales tax. Fees and policies may be subject to change within the fiscal year July 1-June 30.
Set Up and Clean Up
- Setup includes tables and chairs that may be arranged by requested layout.
- Rental group provides any desired decorations.
- Decorating, meal/meeting prep, and take down must be done within the reserved time.
Off-campus or Non-SCSU Associate Reservation Requests
Off-campus or non-St. Cloud State associate users should complete and submit the following form to request use of St. Cloud State at Plymouth spaces.
