Mitchell Hall is a special place to live on campus with a view of the Mississippi River from many rooms. A lawn and sand volleyball court on its east side is known by many as "Mitchell Beach" and enjoyed by students in the fall and spring.
- Each floor has a lounge, kitchen with stove & microwave, ironing board and a sink.
- The main lounge has air conditioning, a large screen TV, a pool table and ping-pong table. An adjoining room has a piano.
- A & D Wings in Mitchell Hall are reserved for returning upper division and transfer students offers on-campus living with greater flexibility, more independence and competitive affordability.
- Special features for A & D wing residents include optional meal plans, a dedicated secure entrance to D wing, limited staffing with limited targeted educational and social programming.
