Benefits
At SCSU, we have jobs that offer our employees deep meaning in their working lives. But at St. Cloud State, we support the whole person—both in and out of the workplace. That’s why we offer comprehensive benefits to support your work and personal life. As a benefits-eligible employee, you will receive excellent health, dental, and life insurance coverage options—and so much more.
One of the most exciting benefits that St. Cloud State offers is tuition waiver. Eligible employees can receive a tuition waiver that covers the cost of tuition—and in some cases even course fees—for themselves or a dependent. This great benefit is available not only at SCSU, but at any Minnesota State University. Additional information about tuition waivers is available here.
Our university also has a telework policy. Although not all positions are eligible for telework, some may be. You can find more information on our telework policy here.
