HuskyTech Technology Support
HuskyTech is St. Cloud State University’s technology support center and is primarily staffed by SCSU students who provide “level one (L1)” technology support to the SCSU community. HuskyTech partners with other IT staff to escalate issues and gain valuable experience they can leverage in their professional growth. HuskyTech serves SCSU students, faculty, staff and emeriti, providing assistance with technology devices, Campus Card, internet/Wi-Fi, accounts, D2L Brightspace, Microsoft 365 applications and more. HuskyTech is available by phone, online chat, ticket system and in-person during the hours listed below. HuskyTech is closed on major holidays.
