Student Code of Community Standards
The St. Cloud State University Student Code of Community Standards outlines our commitment to upholding these standards and expectations. It ensures a fair and educational process for determining responsibility when student behavior deviates from these expectations, and it provides appropriate educational sanctions when a student or student organization does not meet the standards set forth in the Student Code of Community Standards.
Alcohol and Other Drug Policy
St. Cloud State University adheres to and supports Minnesota State Board policy, which prohibits the excessive or illegal use, sale, or distribution of alcoholic beverages at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, as well as university-sponsored events both on and off campus.
Sexual Violence Policy
This policy provides clear and concise information regarding definitions, processes, and procedures for reporting and resolving incidents. This policy also affirms the University's commitment to providing resources for education, prevention, and support for victims of sexual assault.
