Orientation and Arrival

We are so excited you are planning your journey to St. Cloud State University and will be arriving on campus soon. The airport to book your flight is Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.

Please find the arrival and orientation dates for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 below:

• Fall 2024
  
  • Arrival date: August 18-19, 2024
  • Orientation date: Tuesday, August 20 to Wednesday, August 21, 2024
  • Classes begin: Monday, August 26, 2024
• Spring 2025
  • Arrival date: Wednesday, January 8, 2025
  • Orientation date: Thursday, January 9 to Friday, January 10, 2025
  • Classes begin: Monday, January 13, 2025

If students arrive on the above arrival dates, St. Cloud State offers a complimentary shuttle from the Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) airport to St. Cloud State. Students will receive the shuttle details in their application and can register for the shuttle in their application, as well. 

For students arriving before or after the arrival date, you can schedule a shuttle to St. Cloud State from the airport with Groome Transportation.
